On-Site EEG Set-up Training

CortiCare’s experienced EEG clinicians can provide on-site training to a nursing staff allowing them more control, the ability to fix bad leads, and allow the hospital to expand its EEG program without having to hire new FTE’s. The training includes:

EEG Data Management and Archive

CortiCare’s monitoring technologists can provide assistance with EEG Data management on several levels:

EEG Instrument Data Maintenance - clear data from past studies, EEG System Drive Management, prepare EEG Studies for reading and review – place study on short-term review drive or burn EEG study to external media.
Review existing studies and clip artifact, inactivity or unremarkable events to reduce storage and more efficiently manage the reading time for the Neurologist.
Archive backup Storage EEG data on HIPAA compliant Cloud Servers

EEG Equipment Leasing

CortiCare can provide EEG systems with no up-front cost on rental or lease terms. CortiCare works with all major EEG Manufacturers and can provide quotes specific to your needs. Costs can be rolled into an Operational FMV lease or rental or can be paid directly in an equipment agreement.

On-Site EEG Set-Up Technician

As part of a full turnkey service for our hospital clients CortiCare can develop a program to provide on-site allied health professionals to prepare the patient and set-up the EEG study. This includes on-site technologists to; set-up the EEG system, place leads on the patient, calibrate and check impedance, and return for discontinuation of the study.

These EEG technicians would be available to serve multiple hospitals in a close geographic location. Depending on the hospital patient volume of in-patient and out-patient EEG studies the set-up hours of available operation could be 7a - 11p with on-call set-up service 24/7.
